Waste Water Capacity

• The Oneida County Department of Water Quality and Water Pollution Control guarantees 3 MGD capacity immediately, with the ability to increase to 5.4 MGD.

Wastewater Treatment Plant capacity

• 40–48 mgd (seasonal).
• Existing facility has capacity to accept 3 mgd of additional flow.
• Sewer upgrades and reduction in infiltration and inflow necessary to handle flow from 2 major semiconductor facilities

Wastewater Infrastructure

• Wastewater conveyed by gravity flow (no pump-station required).
• 36” transmission main exists 4,600 feet from site.

Proposed Sewer Improvements:

• Off-site:
  • 4,600 LF of 18” PVC from 36” main to project site.
• On-site:
  • 8,780 LF of 8” PVC.
  • Construction of pre-treatment plant.
