- Federal wetland delineation identifies approximately 33 acres of low quality wetlands.
- Potential encroachment on federal wetlands is estimated at 9.64 acres based on M+W Zander conceptual site plan.
- Currently working with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and NYS Department of Environmental Conservation on acceptable mitigation plan.
